PROGRAM WITH TOP CLASS: Florida State
Travis Hunter ascended to the nation's No. 2 overall player after absolutely terrorizing the 7-on-7 circuit at both wide receiver and defensive back. Hunter is locked in with the Seminoles and is putting himself squarely in the conversation as the nation's best player behind quarterback Quinn Ewers.

PROSPECT ON THE RISE: Malaki Starks
Malaki Starks impressed at several off-season events and leaped up to the No. 60 overall player in the nation, regardless of position. The Jefferson (Ga.) High standout is a Georgia commitment, and at 6-foot-2 and just under 200 pounds, projects as either a defensive back or linebacker or even a receiver in the SEC. The Bulldogs edged out Clemson and Alabama for the four-star do-it-all athlete.

PROSPECT TO WATCH: Brenen Thompson
Texas speedster Brenen Thompson continued to post electric track times this spring and will begin venturing out to college campuses this summer as he navigates toward a decision. Clemson has had momentum since quarterback Cade Klubnik's commitment. So has Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama and Oklahoma at different junctures in his recruitment, and the Longhorns' confidence is rising at the moment.
