FARRELL'S TOP FIVE CORNERBACKS

1. Marshon Lattimore, Ohio State

2. Tre’Davious White, LSU

3. Gareon Conley, Ohio State

4. Quincy Wilson, Florida

5. Marlon Humphrey, Alabama

WHY LATTIMORE IS NO. 1

Lattimore is a fluid athlete and very aggressive at the line of scrimmage. He has very good recovery speed and has the confidence and swagger you want in a lockdown corner. He’s also willing to tackle in run support and wraps up. White can cover outside or in the slot and brings special teams ability with him while Conley has long arms and can play man or zone. Wilson is the tallest of the group and possibly has the most upside overall. Humphrey can lack concentration at times, but closes on the ball very well.

Farrell’s NFL comparison: Janoris Jenkins, New York Giants
