National Signing Day, part 2 for the 2019 class is here, and the Rivals team is spread out across the country covering the latest news as teams put the finishing touches on classes that began to fill out in December. Alabama defensive back Christian Williams signed with Miami on Wednesday after being committed to Alabama. Chad Simmons says it was not a big surprise Williams did not end up with Alabama, but it looked like LSU was in the lead. He has the story on how Miami won out.

Ledarrius Cox has been committed to Tennessee since early April. The defensive tackle out of Mobile (Ala.) McGill-Toolen is not headed to Knoxville though. Most expected Cox to stay home and sign with Auburn, but instead, he is headed west to Oxford to play for the Ole Miss Rebels. Chad Simmons has the story.
