FACT OR FICTION: Tua will fall on Thursday night

CLASS OF 2021 RANKINGS: Rivals250 | Position | Team | State

CLASS OF 2022: Top 100

1. CINCINNATI BENGALS

QB Joe Burrow, LSU — This is a no-brainer as the Bengals take their franchise quarterback.

2. WASHINGTON REDSKINS

DE Chase Young, Ohio State — The best player in the draft? He could be. Young is unstoppable.

3. DETROIT LIONS

CB Jeff Okudah, Ohio State — Okudah could be the next Stephon Gilmore in the NFL, a heady comparison.

4. NEW YORK GIANTS

OL Jedrick Wills, Alabama Daniel Jones needs protection and Wills is the best offensive tackle in this draft class.

5. MIAMI DOLPHINS

QB Tua Tagovailoa, Alabama — I don’t believe all the talk that Tagovailoa will fall. This is the guy the Dolphins wanted.

6. LOS ANGELES CHARGERS

QB Justin Herbert, Oregon — Herbert is too good to pass on for the Chargers who need a quarterback of the future.

7. CAROLINA PANTHERS

LB Isaiah Simmons, Clemson — The Panthers can take the best defensive player available or an elite offensive tackle. They go for Simmons.

8. ARIZONA CARDINALS

OT Mekhi Becton, Louisville CeeDee Lamb is tempting here even with DeAndre Hopkins onboard, but Kyler Murray needs protection.

9. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

CB C.J. Henderson, Florida — The Jags need help on defense and Henderson could help fill the gap left by Jalen Ramsey.

10. CLEVELAND BROWNS

OT Tristan Wirfs, Iowa Baker Mayfield has weapons, he just needs more help along the offensive line.

11. NEW YORK JETS

OT Andrew Thomas, Georgia — The Jets need an elite offensive tackle badly and are happy one of the big four was available at 11.

12. LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

WR CeeDee Lamb, Oklahoma — A weapon for the passing game and the next DeAndre Hopkins is too much to pass up.

13. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

WR Jerry Jeudy, Alabama — Jimmy G needs more weapons and Jeudy is the best route-runner available at this spot in the draft in years.

14. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS

OL Josh Jones, Houston Tom Brady is in town so you know the Bucs want to go offensive line. Jones is a reach here but still has a ton of talent.

15. DENVER BRONCOS

WR Henry Ruggs, Alabama — The run on wide receivers has begun as the Broncos were hoping to land an elite one with this pick and got the speedy Ruggs.

16. ATLANTA FALCONS

DT Derrick Brown, Auburn — The Falcons are thrilled that Brown fell this far. He will plug a huge hole in the middle.

17. DALLAS COWBOYS

DE K’Lavon Chaisson, LSU — The Cowboys have a lot of needs on defense and a pass rusher like Chaisson can’t be left on the board.

18. MIAMI DOLPHINS

DT Javon Kinlaw, South Carolina — Miami can afford to take the best player available because they have needs everywhere. Kinlaw is a beast.

19. LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

LB Kenneth Murray, Oklahoma — The Raiders love rangy linebackers and Murray can also rush the passer, which is a need.

20. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

DE Yetur Gross-Matos, Penn State — After addressing corner earlier, the Jags stay on defense for the steady edge rusher.

21. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

WR Justin Jefferson, LSU — The Eagles need receiver help and Jefferson is as good as you will find at this spot in any draft.

22. MINNESOTA VIKINGS

CB Jaylon Johnson, Utah — The Vikings need at corner and receiver, and the Vikings will address their thinner position and take the big defensive back from Utah.

23. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

QB Jordan Love, Utah State — The Pats need a quarterback obviously and wouldn’t it be just like them to luck into the next Patrick Mahomes if that’s what Love’s upside is?

24. NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

LB Patrick Queen, LSU — The Saints stay local for an elite and athletic linebacker who fits their scheme well.

25. MINNESOTA VIKINGS

WR Tee Higgins, Clemson — The Vikings knew an elite receiver would be available here and are happy with Higgins.

26. MIAMI DOLPHINS

CB Kristian Fulton, LSU — The Dolphins help the secondary with a very good cover corner.

27. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

OT Austin Jackson, USC — The Pete Carroll and USC connection is still alive as they take a chance on the boom-or-bust offensive line.

28. BALTIMORE RAVENS

LB Jordyn Brooks, Texas Tech — You won’t see Brooks in the first round of a lot of mock drafts but the Ravens want a playmaking linebacker and he fits the mold.

29. TENNESSEE TITANS

CB AJ Terrell, Clemson — He’s a risky pick but a tall corner who can run is worth the chance.

30. GREEN BAY PACKERS

QB Jalen Hurts, Oklahoma — The Packers take a shot late in the first round on their quarterback of the future.

31. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

S Xavier McKinney, Alabama — The 49er defense gets that much better as somehow McKinney slips this far.

32. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS

WR Denzel Mims, Baylor — Defense has some needs but how can you pass up another speed option for Mahomes?
