Headliner: Four-star receiver Mike Harley

Overview: Like Texas Tech, this is a smaller class with a lot of quality. Harley, yet another South Florida star who should flourish at West Virginia, is a nightmare slot matchup in the Big 12 with speed to burn. It’s rare when West Virginia loses out on top end in-state talent, so there have been a couple of disappointments like Derrek Pitts, but linebacker Maverick Wolfley has the game to back up one of the coolest names in the 2017 class. Diminutive running back Tevin Bush will be fun to watch. West Virginia’s offense and the defensive back class is deep led by commits from important recruiting areas like Georgia and Ohio.
