RELATED: Big 12 2017 class updates

Conference rank: 10

National rank: NR

Headliner: Three-star ATH Jalen Pitre

Overview: You could make up a national top-25 class at least with some of the Baylor de-commitments like Hezekiah Jones, Kellen Mond, Kedrick James and, before the scandal, five-star Baron Browning. There are many others, of course, and it’s come down to this, with Pitre the headliner coming off a knee injury and two-star defensive back Noah Daniels committing a few weeks ago. There’s not much else that can be said here as Baylor isn’t among the top 100 programs in the 2017 rankings right now.
