RELATED: Big 12 2017 class updates

Conference rank: 1

National rank: 4

Headliner: Four-star quarterback Chris Robison

Overview: This is an incredible, well-rounded class so far put together by Bob Stoops and company. Robison isn’t the highest ranked prospect in the class, but he’s the most important and has been on board for over a year. The defensive back group is stellar with Robert Barnes, Tre Brown and Justin Broiles, and I like the one-two punch at offensive line with Tyrese Robinson and Marquis Hayes. It’s hard to find an area of weakness at all here, and the wide receiver group of Charleston Rambo, Cedarian Lamb and Jalen Reagor deserves a shout out as well. The defensive line is the area that needs the most attention down the line, but a top-five class at this stage is a tremendous start.
