Oregon is back in the East region again for the third time this recruiting cycle thanks to a commitment from running back Da'Juan Riggs. The Washington (D.C.) St. John's College High standout, who had been leaning towards the Ducks for months, joins Rivals250 prospects Michael van Buren and Ify Obidegwu in this Oregon recruiting class.
