Conference rank: 5

National rank: 36

Headliner: Four-star receiver Isaiah Hodgins

Overview: Hodgins recently landed an Oregon offer but it seems like he’s sticking with his Washington State pledge, which speaks to the program Mike Leach has assembled in Pullman. The pass-happy offense not only landed Hodgins but went to Miami and grabbed four-star receiver Anthony White Jr. in recent days. In fact, the Cougars have done extraordinarily well in Florida this recruiting cycle, which cannot hurt over the long run.
