COPPELL, Texas - About 1,200 prospects showed up at the Rivals Combine Series Saturday at Coppell High School to compete for a shot to come back Sunday for the Rivals Camp. Among the selections for Sunday’s camp were these 11 prospects that stood out during the day:

The do-it-all Cutrer plays outside linebacker, safety and running back for his Fischer (Texas) Canyon Lake team and he’s a utility player who could be really attractive to college coaches. The 5-foot-10, 174-pound prospect does not have any offers yet but there is interest from Texas Tech, Baylor, Stephen F. Austin and others.

The 2027 defensive tackle does not have any offers yet but they should be coming for Fitzgerald in the coming years because he’s a great-looking prospect. Already at 6-foot-3 and 240 pounds, the future Red Oak, Texas prospect has tons of potential as Georgia is the dream school and he plans to camp at TCU and SMU this summer.

The North Texas commit ran well, looked great and definitely could be a steal for the Mean Green based on his performance at Saturday’s combine. Hurth could prove a lot more at Sunday’s camp as the two-star definitely has the body frame at 6-foot-5 and 270 pounds to get more recruiting attention. Memphis and UAB have offered since Hurth committed but more could be on the way.

The local prospect at Lewisville came over about eight miles early in the morning and really looked the part. Love is all of 6-foot-4 and 326 pounds with little bad weight and he moves well for his size. Not only that but the Lewisville standout looks like he will play with a mean streak on Sunday and he already has stuff going on with his recruitment. Official visits in June to San Diego State and Colorado State - his two front-runners - are happening and then North Texas and others have also offered.

From powerhouse Shreveport (La.) Captain Shreve, Prudhomme was another good-looking interior offensive lineman who came through the combine early in the day and earned an offer back for Sunday’s camp. The 6-foot-3, 291-pound prospect has offers from Grambling, Southern and Lamar but a big summer could garner him some bigger offers as Tulane, Minnesota, Kansas State, Arkansas and others are involved and he will for sure camp at Texas.

Looking back in six or so months, Washington could be a real gem found at this combine. His teammate at Mansfield (Texas) Lake Ridge, Rylan Kennedy, ended up signing with Texas A&M last recruiting cycle and didn’t play football until his senior year. Washington - a great-looking, 6-foot-6, 220-pound edge rusher - has not played a snap of varsity football because he has been a basketball player up until this time. He has incredible length and athletic ability and just needs some seasoning to get more recruiting attention.

The Crosby, Texas 2025 running back only played in four games last season because of injury but in his first game back, Yarbrough rushed for 196 yards and two touchdowns so there is definitely a lot of talent there. Yarbrough is jacked up and has thick legs and the 5-foot-11, 195-pound prospect definitely has Power Five potential. Oklahoma, Nebraska, Arkansas and Sam Houston State are showing interest but it wouldn’t be a surprise if offers started coming in soon.

OTHERS WHO WERE INVITED

... Christopher Knauls is a 2026 defensive end who at 6-foot-3 and 230 pounds has length and looks great early in his recruitment.

... One of the best-looking offensive linemen at the entire combine was Tyler Roberts, who measured in at 6-foot-9 and 315 pounds. From local Argyle, Texas, Big Country does not have any offers yet but there have to be schools that are interested in an offensive lineman with his size out there.

... After back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons and 30 touchdowns as a sophomore and junior, Monroe (La.) Sterlington running back Trammell Colvin is looking for more recruiting attention. He’s a little undersized and looks more like an all-purpose back but after running 4.5 in the 40-yard dash attention could be coming his way.

... Tristan Johnson is muscled up and a really interesting-looking prospect because he can play all across the defensive line. The Hurst (L.D.) Bell standout looks physical and tough and could be a problem on Sunday. Lamar is Johnson's only offer so far but Texas State, North Texas and others are on the radar.
