It’s ACC preview week. Here’s a look at the top five transfers headed into the conference from the transfer portal.

1. WR Charleston Rambo, Miami

A huge pickup for the Hurricanes, Rambo will immediately become the best receiver on the roster. He will need to develop quick chemistry with quarterback D'Eriq King if Miami is going to make noise in the ACC this season. Rambo showed flashes at Oklahoma, but will really have a chance to stand out in Coral Gables.

2. RB Ty Chandler, North Carolina

Chandler has a huge opportunity to make a giant impact for the Tar Heels this season, as there are plenty of carries available after both Javonte Williams and Michael Carter went off to the NFL. A former four-star recruit out of Nashville, Chandler has been working on his speed to compliment his power. He has been the talk of the town in Chapel Hill since he enrolled in the spring.

3. QB McKenzie Milton, Florida State

It's been a minute since Milton led UCF to an undefeated season back in 2017 but, after a long road to recovery following a devastating knee injury in 2018, Milton finally is going to get his opportunity to end his career on a high note with the Seminoles. He's going to have to hope that Florida State's offensive line can keep him upright, something it has struggled with in recent years.

4. TE Trae Berry, Boston College

The FCS All-American transferred into a great situation in Chestnut Hill where he seems like the perfect replacement for Hunter Long who's now with the Dolphins. He won't be asked to be the first option (that's what Zay Flowers is for), but Barry is a great compliment and will make life easier for quarterback Phil Jurkovec. Add in his blocking ability to an already outstanding offensive line, and Barry is going to be on the field a lot for the Eagles.

5. OL Jermaine Johnson, Florida State

Johnson heads to Tallahassee after two seasons with Georgia and his pass rushing ability will be sorely needed along the Florida State defensive front. He's got a ton of potential but didn't get a ton of reps on a loaded Bulldogs roster, but he'll have an opportunity to make a big impact from the jump for the Seminoles.
