Toure comes from the FCS level but he dominated at Montana and showed some great signs this spring.

2. DE Arnold Ebiketie, Penn State
Penn State needed pass rushing help and the former Temple standout will provide it immediately.
3. LB Palaie Gaotetote, Ohio State
The USC transfer is on the Buckeyes' campus on his own dime right now waiting on some eligibility clearance but Gaoteote is a plug-and-play talent for one of the best teams in the country.

4. RB Kenneth Walker, Michigan State
The Wake Forest transfer has a chance to be a powerhouse in the Michigan State offense and will be a name well known in the Big Ten early.

The massive linebacker from Minnesota has the physical skills to play right away and potentially dominate.
