Rivals250 WR Elijah Higgins whittling things down to a Top 6
ATLANTA – Rivals250 wide receiver Elijah Higgins has been narrowing his focus on his recruitment, and after a busy last few weeks of visits, he’ll no doubt have quite the following when it comes to his performance at this week’s Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge presented by adidas.
He showed up to the Buckhead Marriott for the camp sporting the event’s trademark blue jacket, but also a Florida Gators hat. Following a recent visit to Gainesville, such a gesture was sure to raise some eyebrows.
“The hat matched my jacket, that’s why I wore it,” he said. “It’s funny, I saw one of the assistants on the way here; Coach (Brian) Johnson was at the airport so I talked to him for a minute.”
