THE TEAM WITH THE TOP COMMIT: CLEMSON
Newly minted Clemson commitment Demarkcus Bowman flipped positions with Kendall Milton at Nos. 2 and 3 at running back, giving the defending national champions a five-star in their absolutely star-studded class. Bowman is one of five five-star prospects committed to Clemson and it does not appear as if Dabo Swinney and Co. plan on slowing down anytime soon. The Tigers also hold a pledge from Georgia running back Kobe Pryor, who recently added a fourth star and cracked the Rivals250.
TEAM TO WATCH: GEORGIA
Georgia has a deserving reputation as "RBU," and based on the crop of running backs in this 2020 cycle Dell McGee is poised to add one or more talented reinforcements to his backfield for the foreseeable future.
Five-stars Zachary Evans and Kendall Milton, as well as Rivals250 member Seth McGowan, are all in play for the Dawgs. Evans visited Athens earlier this spring and McGowan, another Texan, was a part of Kirby Smart's scavenger hunt last month. Milton named Georgia to his final four. Regardless of who it is, Georgia is on the brink of landing a special talent at running back.
PROSPECT TO WATCH: BIJAN ROBINSON
Robinson has been a steady riser in recent updates to the Rivals rankings and that trend continued into June. The four-star tailback jumped up three spots to the No. 4 prospect at the position and ascended into the top 30 in the country. He will have an added opportunity to continue to improve his ranking at the Five-Star Challenge later this summer.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pounder out of Arizona is undoubtedly a priority for a number of schools, namely Texas, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Michigan and USC, among others. Wherever he winds up, that school is assured a gifted prospect.
