O'FALLON, Ill. – It’s our job at Rivals.com to get the information on which schools the nation’s top prospects will end up signing with when the time comes. But sometimes the best clues come from fellow recruits. At this past weekend's St. Louis stop of the Rivals 3 Stripe Camp Series presented by adidas, we asked fellow prospects where some of the region's best players will end up and their answers may surprise you.

The Pick: Nebraska

Why: “I’m pretty sure he’s going to go to Nebraska. A lot of his friends are going there and a lot of other guys he competes with and is friends with are going there. I see why he would go there.” – 2018 Raytown (Missouri) South WR Ja’Ron Burks

The Pick: Missouri or Ohio State

Why: “It’s either Mizzou or Ohio State for him, I think.” – Rivals100 St. Louis (Missouri) Chaminade DT Trevor Trout

The Pick: Nebraska

Why: “I just think he’s going to go to Nebraska. I think it’s a good fit for him as well.” – Rival250 Gurnee (Ill.) Warren Township WR Micah Jones

The Pick: Missouri

Why: "He has so many offers, man. I don’t know. This is a tough one. I’ll say Mizzou. I want to say Mizzou.” - Burks

The Pick: Missouri

Why: “That’s where I’m leaning for him, but I don’t know.” – Rivals100 St. Louis (Missouri) Christian Brothers College High WR Kamryn Babb

The Pick: Missouri

Why: “I think he likes Mizzou. I mean, it may be Mizzou, but you never know. He could surprise us.” – 2019 St. Louis (Missouri) Desmet QB Nate Martens

The Pick: Missouri

Why: “Because he would be the hometown hero going to the hometown school and doing big things there.” – 2019 St. Louis (Missouri) St. John Vianney WR Kyren Williams

The Pick: Missouri

Why: I think he’s going to go to Mizzou because when they had their little junior day it seemed like they had fun up there. I think it’s going to be Mizzou or Oklahoma.” – 2019 St. Louis (Missouri) OL Ira Henry

The Pick: Undecided

Why: “With Mike, I think he’ll be at LSU or Ohio State. Maybe Michigan, though. He’s going to one of those” – Babb

The Pick: Alabama

Why: “It’s tough. I think Alabama. I just get a 'Bama feel with him.” – Trout

The Pick: Alabama

Why: “I could see him at Alabama because he’s so big he could just dominate with the best people in the nation.” – Williams

The Pick: Missouri

Why: “I think Michael Thompson, Ronnie Perkins and Trevor Trout are all going to end up at the same place and I think it’s going to be Mizzou.” – Henry

The Pick: Ohio State

Why: “I think he likes what Urban Meyer does with defensive backs down there. I think it’s a good fit for him. I think he’s going.” – Babb

The Pick: UCLA or USC

Why: “It will be somewhere in the Big Ten or Pac-12. He’s a Boom kid and those kids are hyped up.” – 2018 LaGrange Park (Ill.) Nazereth Academy DT Isaiah Lee

The Pick: Notre Dame

Why: “Hopefully. I think he should go to Notre Dame. I think it’s a good fit for him right now and I’ve been talking to him a lot. I hope he goes there.” – Jones

The Pick: Tennessee

Why: “I think the in-state pull. He really talked about Alabama when we were at another camp together and how he liked it, and I know it’s between us and them but he didn’t tell us much about it so I figure he’ll go to Tennessee.” – Rivals250 Manchester (Tenn.) Coffee County ATH Alontae Taylor

The Pick: Tennessee

Why: “Because Brant Lawless already committed and I think once he commits D’Andre Litaker will commit and they’ll form the big three up there at Tennessee.” – 2019 Rivals100 Nashville (Tenn.) Franklin Road Academy WR Lance Wilhoite
