1. Spencer Rattler immediately becomes the best QB in the SEC East.

Farrell’s take: FACT. You may question his attitude but you can’t question his talent, and Rattler is far and away the most talented quarterback in the SEC East next season. I like Anthony Richardson’s potential and Will Levis has an amazing arm while an argument can certainly be made for the Vols Hendon Hooker, but this isn’t really close when it comes to arm talent and experience. Georgia will dominate the division, but Rattler, who is transferring to South Carolina, is the best QB.

2. Michael Penix can find his magic again at Washington.

Farrell’s take: FICTION. I just don’t see it. This year at Indiana was such a disaster for Penix, and he’s never been an overly talented passer but more a dual threat who could drive you crazy.

At Washington, there will be competition from fellow lefty Sam Huard and a break-in process for everyone in a new offense. This just doesn’t seem like it will result in a renewal, as some hope.

3. Quinn Ewers starts next season at Texas.

Farrell’s take: FACT. He has to. There’s no way he can’t. Steve Sarkisian is already under pressure after one season at Texas, and you can bet promises were made to Ewers to secure his transfer.

If he didn’t start the fans would lose their minds the second any other quarterback struggled, and there will be immense pressure on Sark to start his prized quarterback.
