William "Pop" Watson completed his expected flip from Nebraska to Virginia Tech on Sunday. On the heels of his second visit to Blacksburg, the Springfield (Mass.) Springfield Central star quarterback announced his commitment to the Hokies, becoming their second quarterback commitment in the 2023 class.
