TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Alabama commit Trey Sanders and other outstanding athletes impressed at Florida State's camp this week. The first two days of the camp attracted a wide-ranging subsection of players. Athletes from multiple states showed up at different times on Wednesday and Thursday. Some worked out, some were there just for a tour. Below is a look at some of the most notable performances from the prospects that worked out for Seminole coaches.

Class of 2019 running back Trey Sanders is committed to Alabama but showed up to Tallahassee to work out. Sanders boasts a college-ready body and looked incredibly smooth in drills. He showcased his burst during one-on-ones and stood out in what was a fairly loaded position group.
Michael Nesbitt played wide receiver on the second day of camp and turned in one of the event’s most impressive performances. What Nesbitt lacks in length he makes up for with acceleration. On Thursday, he ran crisp routes and beat bigger cornerbacks with a change of pace down field. Nesbitt could help any number of major programs as a slot wide receiver.
Alabama-based wide receiver Seth Williams worked out on each of the first two days of camp and seemed to get better as the event progressed. Williams, who carries offers from Alabama, Auburn and Ole Miss, has great length and reliable hands. On Thursday, he impressed FSU coaches with precise routes and the ability to catch passes that are not quite on the mark. Williams extends well and is skilled at using his size to his advantage.
Kayode Oladele, a Nigerian import, has yet to play a high school football game but already carried a handful of offers. He came close to landing another one Thursday. Oladele was the most physically impressive prospect at camp and split reps during one-on-one work. It’s obvious that Oladele is still gaining an understanding of the defensive end position, but his physical tools give him a chance to be special. He possesses incredible agility to go with his massive, 6-foot-5, 240-pound frame.
Drew Pyne is in eighth grade but already carries a Florida State offer. He worked out for FSU coaches Thursday and, despite his young age, was among the best quarterbacks at the event. Pyne has impressive size for a middle schooler and also boasts a live arm. The Seminole staff is obviously high on the class-of-2020 prospect and for good reason. Pyne flashed his potential on Thursday, and impressed anyone that watched him throw.
Running back Charles Strong looks like he was constructed as a tackle-breaking machine in a lab somewhere. It’s easy to see why the Seminoles are excited about his commitment. FSU may have to use him as a fullback, but he carries zero bad weight and may have been the strongest non-lineman at camp. He had some trouble catching the ball in one-on-ones, but that’s never been his game. He cuts incredibly well for a player of his size and brings an impressive level of versatility.
Linebacker Robert Beal’s decision to depart camp early can’t bode well for Florida State. Beal has always been seen as a Georgia lean, but the fact that the four-star prospect didn’t work out in Tallahassee and had limited interaction with the FSU staff solidifies that belief.
New Florida State commit Daniel Wright worked out Wednesday despite battling an ankle injury. His size and agility were on display as he toughed out a full camp despite being less than 100 percent. Wright, who will play safety for the Seminoles, had his lapses during the event, but they could easily be chalked up to a leg he was visibly favoring.
