PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Rivals 3 Stripe Camp presented by adidas on Sunday pulled prospects from Washington D.C, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, all of New England, and of course New Jersey. These states are regularly recruited by every team in college football. Here are three teams that highly rated uncommitted prospects from the camp really seemed to like.

1. PENN STATE NITTANY LIONS

Sitting at No. 2 in the Rivals.com team rankings, the Nittany Lions are recruiting with the best in the nation. The camp on Sunday featured some of their top targets and a few that James Franklin and his staff are in position to land. Rivals250 wide receiver Daniel George has been favoring Penn State and it has become very obvious over the last few months. The same goes for Rivals250 offensive lineman Rasheed Walker. Both are considering other schools, but Penn State is doing a great job with them.

Marcellus Earlington looked great and it's easy to see why so many teams added their names to his offer sheet. Penn State hosted Earlington not long ago and made a major impression.

Looking to 2019, standout Ronnie Hickman has Penn State in his top two and the Nittany Lions will be a strong presence throughout his recruitment, regardless of how long it stretches.

2. NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH

The Fighting Irish are working to put an underwhelming 2016 campaign behind them and their recruiting success has helped. Currently No. 5 in the team rankings, Notre Dame and its fans should be excited about where this class could be headed, especially if the Irish land commitments from some of the players from Sunday's camp.

Rivals250 tight end Jeremy Ruckert has Notre Dame in his top four. Ohio State, Michigan and Wisconsin are putting up a tough battle, but the Fighting Irish have a very good shot at getting him.

Defensive lineman Ja'Mion Franklin is leaning toward Notre Dame but the Fighting Irish need to win over his parents, especially his mother, before he announces a commitment on July 1.

3. MARYLAND TERRAPINS

Maryland really exceeded expectations on the recruiting trail in the 2017 class and now it is working to build momentum in the 2018 class. One of the Terps' biggest needs since joining the Big Ten has been a bigger and improved offensive line. That's why landing a commitment from Rivals250 offensive tackle Rasheed Walker is so important. Maryland is competing with Penn State, Ohio State, North Carolina, Virginia Tech and Rutgers for Walker, but the proximity to his home could help the Terps get him back on campus soon.

Rivals250 wide receiver Daniel George is also a priority target for Maryland. Penn State is again a big contender here, but Maryland has a lot of strong ties to George, his high school and the decision-makers around him.

Maryland missed out on signing some of its top defensive targets in 2017 and that makes getting a commitment from defensive end John Morgan a higher priority. The athletic edge defender is choosing among the Terps, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech and Rutgers on June 6 and Maryland is in great shape to get him.
