Penn State just added a commitment from 2025 Rivals250 running back Tiqwai Hayes. The Aliquippa, Pa. star chose the Nittany Lions over Michigan, Ohio State, Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Maryland, Cincinnati, and Michigan State.
