Penn State just landed their top remaining target in the 2023 class. Late-rising offensive tackle Chimdy Onoh just announced his decision to sign with the Nittany Lions. The Dundalk, Md. star chose Penn State over Michigan State and Ole Miss. Onoh went in-depth on his decision with Rivals.com in the video below.
