The Matt Rhule era has arrived at Nebraska and he's sent out his first offer. Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha defensive back Dante Lovett reported an offer from Nebraska on Saturday and the Virginia Tech commit is being pursued by a number of other schools as well.
