DB Hemby ready to choose

Cornerback/athlete Jordan Hemby is down to the final stretch of his recruiting process with in-state schools North Carolina and North Carolina State his named favorites. When and who will the 5-foot-10, 176-pound prospect pick?
"It is between North Carolina and North Carolina State," the Morganton (N.C.) Freedom star said. "I would like to decide something in a couple of weeks. Recruiting has been more than I expected, but I'm getting close to the finish."

Hemby didn't list an exact date, but did say he is done taking visits and it will either be the Tar Heels or the Wolfpack.
"I like both schools and obviously the locations are good," Hemby said. "They both have good coaches and good players. I like what they have to offer."
What stands out about UNC?
"They have some good young players on defense and I like the direction their program is going in," Hemby said.
What does he think about NC State?
"NC State has a great defense and I like their bump-and-run coverages," Hemby said.
Hemby has taken official visits to both and been visited by coaches from both North Carolina schools. He visited UNC on Dec. 3 and NC State on Dec. 10.
"I'm going to sit down with my family members and talk about the schools and what they have to offer," Hemby said. "It is a big decision and I want to do the best I can to make the right choice."
