Bakersfield (Calif.) College safety James McGill has changed his mind.

"I just got off the phone with James," his mother said. "He missed his flight and he's stranded in Arizona.

"But he really enjoyed his visit. He's no longer committed to Illinois. He switched. He's going to go to K-State."

McGill's flight home is scheduled for tomorrow. "He missed it. No one's fault but his. He'll be home tomorrow and eager to talk about this trip, I'm sure."
