Breaking down top TEs still available in 2021 class

The large majority of the top tight ends in the nation have signed, but there are still a few that remain uncommitted for teams that are still looking for a productive tight end. Here’s a look at the top tight ends that are still available in the 2021 class.

The fact that Taylor has not signed with Tennessee is not a shock. He has been committed since early spring, and he has appeared to be solid, but the communication has not been as strong as some would expect. He committed to Tennessee over Auburn and South Carolina among others, so he is one to watch.

Crownover went unsigned, but he is still expected to be in the Texas A&M class when all is said and done. His brother, Earnest Crownover, is on the team after going the junior college route, and there is likely another Crownover on the way.

The one-time Arizona State commit is now re-evaluating his options after the Sun Devils moved in another direction. He is a big tight end out of Wisconsin, and he is going to wait to see which schools decide to move on him leading up to Feb. 3.
