Williams still favoring SEC school

Beaumont (Texas) Central running back Ivory Williams continues to like one school the most, but a couple others are still close behind.
"LSU is still the top team," the 5-foot-11, 170-pound Williams said. "But Arkansas and Houston are still there too. Arkansas is right behind LSU then Houston. All three have offered me a scholarship."

Williams is eager for this season to get rolling.
"Practice is going real good," he said. "We have a good team. We have a good offense and a real good defense. Our defense has a chance to be one of the best in the state. We have a lot of guys coming back this year. We were all juniors last year and played a lot. Now we are seniors and we're all back."
While the defense is going to be good, the three-star rated all-purpose back feels the offense has a chance to be special.
"Our running game is going to be something special," Williams said with a chuckle. "Watch out for the running back. I hear he's a good one. No really, I think our offense has a chance to be very good. I'm excited about the season."
Williams does not have any visits lined up for this fall.
"I will set up my visits after the season," he said. "I don't have time during our season to go and visit and give it the attention it needs. So, I won't even set them up yet."
