The camp and 7-on-7 season is so busy in the West that almost every weekend there is a major event to cover. That allows us to see a lot of outstanding prospects during the offseason. Here are five from the 2020 class who have really emerged in the last few months and already have major offers.

Uiagalelei won’t be the starting quarterback at powerhouse Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco this season – that will almost definitely be Iowa State commit Re-Al Mitchell – but the 2020 standout could be a future star. He’s already 6-foot-4 and 235 pounds, threw the ball 75 yards in the long-throw contest at a recent Arizona camp and really looks like a special prospect. Colleges seem to agree. Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Oregon, USC, UCLA, Utah and many others have already offered. It might be tough to pull him out of Los Angeles, but many teams will try even though he won’t be a varsity starter this season.

In one night this spring at the Corona (Calif.) Centennial College Showcase, Bryant landed offers from Arizona State, BYU, Oregon, Colorado and Utah. He was that good, that explosive and that dominant during that workout. Since that time, the undersized but skilled receiver has added offers from UCLA and Washington. As a slot receiver who can get open against anybody in space, Bryant is going to be a valuable asset in Centennial’s wide-open offense and even more national programs could get interested.

Milton showed up to the Rivals Camp Series event in Los Angeles prior to last season and looked like one of the best running backs there and that was only more magnified this spring when he had another strong performance. There are a lot of early whispers that Milton could be one of the best running backs in the entire class and while it’s too early to make that statement, he definitely has striking size and ability. USC might be tough to beat since Milton said it’s been his dream school since watching Reggie Bush as a kid but UCLA, Utah, Arizona, Oregon State and many others have offered as well. Expect Milton to emerge as a national recruit who could have every offer in the country over the next couple years.

The 2020 quarterback class in the West is absolutely loaded with Uiagalelei, Bryce Young, Jack Miller and many others. Diamont belongs in the conversation. The 6-foot-2, 175-pound recruit is wiry strong and snaps the ball all over the field. Against some heady competition at the Steve Clarkson camp in Carlsbad, Calif., recently, Diamont definitely held his own. He’s smart, has a brother who played at Indiana and seems to have a really good grasp of running a team and an offense. The Hoosiers along with North Texas, UTSA and Utah State have already offered. Texas A&M and many other national programs are interested.

Flowe had a strong performance at the Rivals Camp Series presented by adidas in Los Angeles and has really emerged as a top linebacker in the West for the 2020 class. The Upland standout is rangy, athletic, he can move in space and cover down the field. After seeing him during spring workouts and seeing his camp performances, many top programs have already offered. Flowe has really been surprised by a lot of them. USC and UCLA could be out front early but Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State and others could emerge as well.
