Orchard Lake (Mich.) St. Mary's wide receiver Taurian Washington may be closing in on a dozen scholarship offers.

When asked who he is looking at that hasn't offered, Washington said, "Ohio State and Clemson. That's it."
Washington has been to Ohio State on a couple occassions including June 23 when he had an impressive performance at the Ohio State senior advanced camp.
"I liked their camp," he said. "I liked how they ran it. I liked a lot of stuff. I talked to coach (Jim) Tressel, coach (Paul) Haynes and coach (Darrell) Hazell.
"They sent me a text message (afterwards). They said to be patient, they are going to offer."
Washington also has scholarship offers from Purdue, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan State, Oregon, Georgia Tech and North Carolina State.
The 6-foot-0 and 167-pounder caught 35 passes and scored five times during his junior season.
