RISERS

Ranking change: Up 115 spots

“Wright has emerged as one of the best cornerbacks in the West and he’s much more physically developed than he was at this time last year. He’s excellent in coverage, tough as nails and doesn’t give receivers an inch. He has already moved way up in the rankings and could shoot up even more if he continues to play so well.

"USC, Washington, Oregon and Arizona are among the schools that have his attention.” - Rivals.com National Recruiting Analyst Adam Gorney

Ranking change: Up 60 spots

“Smith has offers from national powers across the country and it’s easy to see why. He’s so fast running routes and he’s just as speedy with the ball in his hands, making people miss on short passes or stretching the field and getting behind defensive backs regularly. He’s fantastic in the slot and is a matchup nightmare because he can line up anywhere and make a huge impact.

"Notre Dame, Clemson, USC, Arizona State, Texas, Georgia, Ohio State and Alabama are some early favorites.” - Gorney

Ranking change: Previously unranked

“Daniels put up such huge numbers in his junior season - 5,139 passing yards with 62 touchdowns along with 1,292 yards and 15 scores - that it’s hard not to pay attention. He has excellent size, probably needs to add a decent amount of weight to be a true dual-threat in college, but he loves sitting in the pocket and dissecting defenses. Daniels thrives in a spread system where he can deliver it all over the field, use his feet to prolong plays and he keeps his eyes downfield to find open receivers.

"USC, Alabama, Cal, Utah, Georgia and others are all involved.” - Gorney

“What a last six weeks it has been for Eboigbe. He has exploded for over 20 offers and he has taken visits to Auburn, Georgia, Georgia Tech and Tennessee. His junior tape got out and he was impressive in an all-star game, then his recruitment took off. He has great size, he is athletic and he has real upside.” - Rivals.com Southeast Recruiting Analyst Chad Simmons

“Reclassifying from the 2020 class, Jones makes his debut in the Rivals250 as one of the most physically talented defensive backs in this class. His size, length, and instincts make him a constant turnover threat in the secondary. Ohio State, Tennessee and Clemson figure to be among his top group of schools.” - Rivals.com Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Analyst Adam Friedman

“When you turn on Williams' tape, you see an explosive athlete with size and length. He has made plays at wide receiver and cornerback, but his home will be on defense. Alabama and Auburn are likely the favorites to land Williams with him being one of the best in the state of Alabama. He has the size, quickness and ball skills schools covet at cornerback.” - Simmons

“Latu is a fantastic edge rusher who has tons of speed and tracks down players all over the field. He also has the athletic ability to stand up and play in space, knock down passes because of his size or go after receivers on short passes. In some ways, he reminds me of a leaner, poor man’s Jaelan Phillips, the five-star defensive end at UCLA, because of his versatility and aggressive play at his position. USC, Cal, Stanford and many others are in the mix.” - Gorney

Ranking change: Up 70 spots

“The more you see of Handy, the more you like him. He is a jumbo-athlete who can run. He makes plays at tight end and he pressures the quarterback often. It seems like the entire SEC is now after him. Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU and Tennessee are some schools that have recently offered and he is wide open at this time.” - Simmons

Ranking change: Up 37 spots

“Vimahi is an aggressive, relentless blocker who routinely puts defensive ends on their back. He’s patient and does not overextend himself, lets the defensive end come to him and then Vimahi is excellent with his feet and hands to control the situation. He’s an athletic and fluid offensive tackle who can handle speed off the edge, too.

"Washington, USC, Oregon, Virginia, Utah and others seem to be standing out.” - Gorney

Ranking change: Previously unranked

“Ika is a massive defensive tackle who has exceptional power but also surprising speed to beat interior offensive linemen into the backfield. He has violent hands, great moves and is as aggressive and tough as any defensive lineman in this class. At 320 pounds or so, Ika is a handful to slow down and not many offensive linemen can do it. The recent BYU de-commit has Alabama, USC, Oregon and many others pursuing him.” - Gorney

“Heimuli is a physical, aggressive linebacker who loves to knock the wind out of people. That’s what he does time and time again. He’s also an excellent blitzer who is very tough to block because of his speed and willingness to put his body on the line. The four-star has the ability to be elite in this class. LSU, Oregon, USC and many other top programs are involved.” - Gorney

Ranking change: Up 33 spots

“It's clear Howell is one of the purest throwers in this class. His move in the rankings is due to his physical development over the course of his high school career. Florida State, Clemson, North Carolina, South Carolina, N.C. State and others will be major players down the stretch.” - Friedman

Ranking change: Previously unranked

“Pola-Gates is incredibly athletic and fast playing cornerback or safety. He’s also a big-time playmaker where he can compete for 50/50 balls, picks off a lot of passes because of his athleticism and his length, is a problem for a lot of receivers. Alabama, USC, Arizona State, Oregon, Washington and many others remain involved early.” - Gorney

“Truss has burst onto the scene over the last two months after an excellent performance at the Army All-American Combine. His size, strength, and surprising quickness give college coaches a lot to work with and his is already a solid pass blocker. Alabama, Virginia Tech, Clemson, Tennessee, and Georgia will host him this week.” - Friedman

“Harris proved to be among the nation’s elite defensive linemen during an impressive performance at the Army All-American Combine. His speed and power allowed him to adapt to any offensive lineman he face and he has plenty of moves to help him attack his opponents’ weaknesses. In-state schools North Carolina and N.C. State have done a good job with Harris but watch out for Georgia, Ohio State, Tennessee, Notre Dame, and a few others.” - Friedman

“Phommachanh has come a long way. He's really filled out his frame and become a serious weapon as a runner. Phommachanh's arm strength has developed well and he throws a very catchable ball for his receivers. Offers are flowing in for him and it seems like there are a couple new ones every day. Purdue and South Carolina are the latest to join Florida State, Penn State, TCU, Virginia, and Michigan on Phommachanh's offer sheet.” - Friedman

Ranking change: Previously unranked

“Ekwonu has blown up over the last couple months and for good reason. The linebacker has great speed in the open field and is a big-time hitter. Ekwonu's instinctual play is one of the reasons Notre Dame, Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Tennessee and others have pulled the trigger.” - Friedman

“Bentley is a physical linebacker who plays fast. He is aggressive, he delivers some pop and can run. He is a sideline to sideline linebacker who transferred schools and immediately emerged as one of the best in Alabama. He has picked up offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson and LSU over the last month, to name a few. Alabama and Clemson are highest on his list at this time.” - Simmons

Ranking change: Up 51 spots

“Stevenson is a former Florida commit but has opened it up to a number of schools. His strength is his versatility and he’s as physical a corner as there is in the country.” - Rivals.com Southeast Recruiting Analyst Rob Cassidy

Ranking change: Up 40 spots

“There were many top wide receivers at the Future 50 last month, and arguably, the top route runner there was Jackson. He just has a great feel for the position. He is sneaky fast, he has reliable hands, he knows how to get open and he is one of the most consistent wideouts in America. Auburn recently offered Jackson and they, along with most of the schools on his list are still being considered, but LSU and Ole Miss are two we know he has his eye on.” - Simmons

“The length that Metchie brings that table coupled with his route running abilities and overall speed are very impressive. Defensive backs have a hard time sticking with him and, even when they do, Metchie's reliable hands still end up bringing the ball in. Penn State, Notre Dame, and a few others have done a great job recruiting Metchie so far.” - Friedman

“Knight's tough running style and good vision help him score from nearly anywhere on the field. Once he breaks into the open field, there are very few that can bring him down. Duke, Louisville, N.C. State, and Virginia are just a few of the teams that have offered Knight so far.” - Friedman

“Clark is a really tough inside matchup for any offensive lineman because he is so strong and uses his hands extremely well. He comes off the ball quickly and flows to the ball until the play is dead. Clark's extensive offer sheet features Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Penn State, North Carolina, N.C. State and others.” - Friedman

“Playing in one of the toughest football leagues in the nation, Johnson has shown that he can score from anywhere on the field with his speed and vision. As a runner or receiver, Johnson can make defenders miss and then outrun the rest of the defenders to the end zone. Ole Miss, Nebraska, North Carolina, Rutgers, and many others have offered him.” - Friedman

“Billingsley has gone through the physical maturation you expect for a young prospect, and developed into an impressive specimen for the tight end position. He has the natural athleticism you expect for a wide receiver, with the size and length of a flex tight end. Recent offers have come from Florida, Iowa and West Virginia and he is looking to schedule trips with Maryland and Michigan.” - Rivals.com Midwest Recruiting Analyst Josh Helmholdt

Ranking change: Up 47 spots

“Elam was in the running for MVP honors at the Rivals Camp Series: Miami. His athleticism compliments his impressive length. Elam holds offers from Auburn, Miami, Georgia and others.” - Cassidy

“Harris is a rangy safety that has no problem anticipating throws and making a play on the ball. His size helps him patrol the middle of the field with authority and it helps him win the majority of the jump balls that come his way.” - Friedman

“Rudolph has the skill set to play either cornerback or safety in college and knows how to use his size to his advantage. Physicality, length, and the ability to cover a lot of ground gives Rudolph the upper hand against most wide receivers. Penn State and Virginia Tech figure to be major players for Rudolph but Ohio State, Michigan, and others will make waves as well.” - Friedman

“Humphries is an athletic big man who has offers as a defensive and offensive lineman. He is very strong and he is light on his feet. As a defensive lineman, he is quick enough to get into the back field and he re-directs well. Florida offered not too long ago and he plans to visit the Gators this weekend. Georgia and South Carolina are others he is high on early.” - Simmons

“The buzz about Hicks had built over the summer, but we wanted to see a little more before moving him up after watching junior film. The U.S. Army Junior Combine gave us that chance, and Hicks showed an outstanding array of skills to go along with an ideal defensive end frame. He is closing in on 20 scholarship offers, and now that wrestling season is complete, expect college visits to be taken.” - Helmholdt

“An excellent athlete, Wilson has the speed and quickness to stick with nearly every receiver he comes across. He can make some very impressive pass break-ups and breaks on throws very quickly. Expect Penn State, Virginia Tech, Ohio State, Michigan, Nebraska, and a few others to be among Wilson's favorites.” - Friedman

“Mitchell had an excellent junior season and looks like a man among boys at times when you turn on his film. With a good motor and a low center of gravity, Mitchell is terrific at using his strength to overpower offensive linemen. Stanford, Alabama, South Carolina and Tennessee are involved in his recruitment.” - Rivals.com Southeast Recruiting Analyst Woody Wommack

“The younger brother of Notre Dame offensive tackle Liam Eichenberg, Tommy is a completely different player in a completely different body type. As a junior he was very productive and he plays with great range and speed. Long term his skill set should make him a dynamite inside 'backer. Notre Dame has not offered yet, but Power Five programs Boston College, Duke, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland and Purdue have.” - Helmholdt

"Davis has more than 40 scholarship offers for a reason and he's showcased that reason over the last calendar year. Davis shines when put up against top competition and has long arms to go along with a suitable 5-foot-11 frame. He covers incredibly well and doesn't shy away from run support." - Cassidy

“Barlow has been a popular target this spring, and holds offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Ole Miss, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, and others. Barlow's tough running style meshes well with his athleticism and he can provide a lot of versatility as a player out of the backfield. He's a well-rounded running back that runs through first contact and finishes carries with power.” - Rivals.com Texas Recruiting Analyst Nick Krueger

“Beamon has come a long way since last offseason. He's really filled out his frame and his hand techniques are much crisper. Offensive linemen will have a hard time handling Beamon as long as he uses his leverage and hands the proper ways. The North Carolina commit has added a number of offers from Alabama, Penn State, South Carolina, and many others.” - Friedman

“For someone who’s legitimately 6-foot-6 and 250 pounds, Robinson has surprising athleticism and versatility. He’s great coming off the edge and dominates with his length at defensive end even if I’d like to see him be a little more violent with his hands at times. He then flips over to tight end and is a huge asset there as well. It’s pretty impressive to see him go both ways and dominate the way he does. Alabama, Arizona State, Nebraska, USC and others are in the mix early on.” - Gorney

Ranking change: Prevously unranked

“Anderson had a good junior season and has only built on that so far this offseason, sliming down while not losing any of the strength that helps him shed blocks. Anderson looks like he can play inside or outside at the next level and his versatility makes him a highly sought after prospect. Notre Dame and South Carolina appear to have the early edge in his recruitment.” - Wommack

“A Miami commit, Williams put on a show at the RCS stop in Miami. He has the frame to add more weight and possesses a lightning fast first step off the edge.” - Cassidy

“Rodriguez is a massive, physical offensive tackle who looked absolutely great when I saw him at a Ground Zero 7-on-7 event. He is barrel-chested, no bad weight, moves well and his film is outstanding as he dominates people with brute force. Arizona State, Cal, Oregon, Utah and others are involved early on.” - Gorney

Ranking change: Previously unranked

“Burrell has emerged as one of the top true corners in the South. He is thin, so he needs to add some weight and play more physical, but he is strong in coverage. He has great instincts, he turns and runs well and his ability to take away top wideouts really played a role in his team winning a state title in 2017. He is about as open as they come in recruiting at this time.” - Simmons

SLIDERS

Ranking change: Dropped 70 spots

“We still love Nash as a prospect, but might have overshot just a little bit on his ranking during our last update. The versatile playmaker recently transferred to IMG Academy from the Memphis area, so there's no question he will have a chance to impress and continue his development. Missouri, Auburn and South Carolina are involved in his recruitment.” - Wommack

Ranking change: Dropped 78 spots

“Sheffield started picking up offers very early, so a lot of eyes have been on him since he was a freshman. He plays for a private school, so the competition level has always been questioned and his speed and explosiveness has not shown up like some would like for it too. Sheffield is still a versatile athlete who is being pursued by many of the top schools in the country, including Auburn, Clemson and Ohio State.” - Simmons

Ranking change: Dropped 33 spots

“Pola-Mao was injured most of last season and then largely played on offense when he was in the game, so it’s tough to evaluate someone who hasn’t played much recently. Plus, with his recent transfer to Chandler, unless he can show a hardship cause, Pola-Mao might have to sit out the first five games of his senior season. Other defensive tackles have emerged so a slight bump down was needed. USC, Oregon, Michigan, Washington, Tennessee and Utah round out his top six. His brother plays for the Trojans.” - Gorney

Ranking change: Dropped 97 spots

“Scott has an incredible build but is still becoming a polished defensive back. His upside remains massive, but he has a way to go to reach that ceiling. Scott has a number of offers and is hoping Stanford pulls the trigger.” - Cassidy

Ranking change: Dropped 48 spots

“Johnson is committed to Texas. There is no doubting Johnson's ability as a playmaker, but he showed at the Future 50 camp earlier this year that he still has some work to do as a pure passer. His delivery is comparable to that of a baseball pitcher's and his velocity and accuracy can get loose on him.” - Krueger

Ranking change: Dropped 130 spots

“Zipperer’s hands failed him at the Under Armour Future 50 event, but that isn’t a trend. His build makes him more of an H-back option than a natural tight end, but there’s still no doubt he can shine in the right offense. Zipperer, who holds offers from Clemson, Florida, Oklahoma and others, has an impressive skill set but needs to become more polished.” - Cassidy

Previously unranked: Dropped 68 spots

“Bandes is still a very good defensive lineman and effective but against high-level competition at the Under Armour Future 50 he struggled at times getting off contact. He also needs to show a little more athleticism inside and so a move down inside the Rivals250 was warranted. Washington, Oregon, UCLA and others are in the mix.” - Gorney

Ranking change: Dropped 114 spots

“Fuller is limited by his relative lack of length and the fact that has hands fail him at times, but he’s explosive off the line. He’ll need to add weight before he arrives on campus in Miami.” - Cassidy
