Class of 2017 four-star Nashville (Tenn.) Montgomery Bell running back Ty Chandler already has an impressive offer list, but he admits that one recent offer that rolled in really caught his attention.
"Georgia was actually the one I was hoping I would get," the 5-foot-11, 173-pound prospect said. "They've produced some great running backs. I feel like they can mold me if I go there. I think it's a great place."
Despite having offers from the Dawgs and several other programs like Notre Dame and Tennessee, Chandler hasn't been able to take as many visits as he would have liked to this point. That's something he hopes to change soon.
"I'm going to try to get up there to Athens soon," he said. "I haven't been there before but I'm going to change that this summer. I have a couple of places I want to see. Ole Miss; Tennessee is always a great place to visit. I'm going to try to visit everywhere that I can."
New Georgia offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer is handling Chandler's recruitment.
