Atlanta St. Pius X School defensive back Nick Glass is only a junior, but he's already been committed to Georgia for nearly six months. However, with the college season in full swing, he's planning to take in his share of quality games this fall.
His unofficial visit tour kicked off on Saturday night in Tallahassee, Fla. where he watched the home Florida State Seminoles pull off a thrilling victory over Clemson.
"The atmosphere was crazy," Glass said. "That's the only game where I've been to where the stadium completed the wave."
Glass said he's still solid to the 'Dawgs, but he plans to continue to do his due diligence in the recruiting process.
"It just makes me look closer into things," he said. "I really liked FSU."
Glass said he plans to be in Athens for the Bulldogs game against Tennessee on Saturday. After that he'll be Gainesville for Florida's game against LSU on Oct. 6 and in Columbus on Nov. 24 for the Ohio State-Michigan game.
Glass said with Georgia's 2013 glass already having a number of defensive backs, he wants to make sure he's not passing up an opportunity somewhere else.
"UGA is loading up on safeties so I'm just looking at depth charts and everything else about schools," he said.
