Two make late addition for Oklahoma LB

Kingfisher, Okla. linebacker Curtis Lofton had a couple of schools make a late run into his list of schools at the end of the May evaluation period.
“I had Miami and Notre Dame call,” the 6-foot-1, 225-pound Lofton said. “They were new schools to my list, I guess. They haven’t offered yet, but they were interested in talking more later.”

Lofton, the nation’s No. 55 rated player in the Rivals100, currently has four scholarship offers. His list of offers includes Kansas State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Tulsa.
“Right at this moment, I don’t really have a favorite school,” he said. “I’m just going to take my time and think things through. I went to Oklahoma’s football camp last week. I don’t think I’m going to go to any other football camps.
“I would like to make it before our season. But, if I’m not able to I’ll wait and take my visits this fall and winter.”
Lofton, the Sooner State’s top rated player, recorded 187 tackles during his junior campaign.
