Rank: No. 36 Outside Linebacker
Recruiting Wrap: McKee took his first official visit in September to Oklahoma. He did not take his second official visit until December. That trip went to Pittsburgh when Paul Chryst was head coach, and when Chryst made the move to Wisconsin a few days later, the Badgers started recruiting McKee. An official visit to Madison is now scheduled for Jan. 23, but the weekend before that he will see Michigan State, where he nearly committed over the summer.

ATH
John Kelly
Oak Park, Mich.
Rank: No. 28 Athlete
Recruiting Wrap: The 5-foot-10, 191-pound Kelly could play defensive back, running back or slot receiver, and teams are still looking at him for each position. Michigan State and Minnesota were his top two since last spring, but late fall offers from Michigan and Tennessee have made this a four-team race. All four schools are expected to be officially visited this month, starting with Tennessee on Jan. 16 and a decision should come down on National Signing Day.

OT
Rob Dowdy
Westerville (Ohio) South
Rank: No. 61 Offensive Tackle
Recruiting Wrap: Dowdy's recruitment has taken a dramatic turn in the last week. Pittsburgh, where he was committed until the Panthers went through a coaching change, has informed Dowdy it is full at his position. N.C. State has told him the same, and he feels Kentucky is heading in that direction as well. West Virginia was an early offer and never let off the gas. Dowdy is expecting Mountaineers head coach Dana Holgorsen in-home on Thursday and will officially visit Morgantown Jan. 23. Florida and Arkansas have expressed interest recently and could make a late run at Dowdy.

Jamal Milan
Chicago (Ill.) Al Raby
Rank: No. 41 Defensive Tackle
Recruiting Wrap: Iowa State hosted Milan on his first official visit in September and was named the leader coming off that trip. Indiana overtook the Cyclones for the top spot on Milan's list after an early December official visit to Bloomington. Official visits are scheduled this month to Minnesota on Jan. 16 and Illinois on Jan. 23. Maryland and North Carolina are still being considered for Milan's fifth official visit spot.
