Four QBs highlight new four-stars outside Rivals250

The new Rivals100 and Rivals250 for the class of 2018 have been released, but not every player who made a big move up in the rankings can make the cut for those lists. However, that doesn't mean they're not worthy of recognition. After spending the spring evaluating talent, the Rivals.com Analyst Team added 34 new four-star prospects. Here's a list of which players made the move up to the much-coveted four-star status.
