Texas WR off to hot start

Garland (Texas) South Garland wide receiver Raimond Pendleton continues to have a productive senior season.
“Things are going real good for us on the field,” the 6-foot, 182-pound Pendleton said. “We lost our first game, but we’ve won five in a row since then. We’re 3-0 in our district games and that is the big thing.”

Pendleton has been doing his part to keep his team’s winning ways going. He has hauled in 55 passes for 648 yards and nine touchdowns.
“I’ve been pleased with the way I have been playing,” he said. “There is always something that could be better, but things are going good for my part of the offense especially.”
Pendleton’s list of schools is not changing much and there hasn’t been a lot of activity for him lately.
“I’ve got the same schools calling me,” he said. “They all are saying the same stuff. I’m talking to some of them about visiting, but I don’t have any set right now.”
Pendleton has scholarship offers from Georgia Tech, Utah, Kansas State, Kansas, Wyoming, Louisiana-Lafayette and Tulsa. He is also considering Texas Tech, but the Red Raiders have yet to offer.
