Texas LB scores first two offers
The first two offers are in the books for College Station (Texas) A&M Consolidated linebacker Drew Dudley. His first season on varsity was his junior year, but it was so successful that college interest is growing steadily.
Oklahoma State and Tulsa became the first two offers. The 6-foot-2, 220-pounder Dudley's trip to the OSU junior day paved the way for the first offer and the second came right behind it. The race is heating up as a top five has emerged.

"My top five right now would probably be Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Texas, Texas Tech, and Baylor," Dudley said. "A&M is a school I've always looked up to, but the trip to Okalahoma State really opened my eyes. They're doing a lot of improvements on their campus.
"I like Tulsa's head coach as well and so I've got some thinking to do."
Dudley says his favorite school could possibly be the next one to offer.
"Well, we're still waiting on Texas A&M," Dudley said about the hometown team. "They told us that they're going to be looking at me during the spring. I wouldn't say I'm expecting one, but I'm hoping for one from A&M."
The NIKE Training Camp in College Station this April is the only camp he is planning to attend at this time. Several other trips could be planned considering he's also hearing from out-of-state schools like Vanderbilt and North Carolina.
The biggest thing for Dudley will be continuing to grow into a top football prospect.
"I'm a progressively improving player," Dudley said. "I started on junior varsity as a sophomore, so I was a late bloomer. I'm getting better everyday though and I'm ready to reach my potential."
