As the Tennessee coaching search continues, four-star quarterback Adrian Martinez has been landing new offers.

And now the Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West standout is scheduling visits.

Martinez, who has been committed to Tennessee since May after an earlier pledge to Cal, is planning to visit Missouri this weekend.

He’s been regularly talking with the staff and with the Tennessee situation in flux, the four-star quarterback is hitting the road.

“Pretty consistent communication mainly with coach (Josh) Heupel,” Martinez said. “(What stands out about the Tigers) is the opportunity to play for a great program and coaches.”

Missouri is not the only program chasing Martinez as the Fresno Clovis West prospect will “most likely” visit Nebraska as well after the Huskers offered over the weekend.

With new coach Scott Frost in place, Martinez said he’s definitely excited about learning more about Nebraska especially since Frost and his staff have such good reputations from their time at Central Florida.

“I think highly of them and they’ve had great success offensively,” Martinez said.

Recently, Martinez took an official visit to Ohio State and that could be another school that picks up in his recruitment.

If five-star Ohio State quarterback commit Emory Jones flips to Alabama then Martinez could become a top priority for the Buckeyes. And according to reports, the four-star recently said if he ends up flipping to another school from Tennessee that it would probably be to Ohio State.
