Rameir Hardy became Temple’s sixth verbal commitment from the 2025 class and the Owls’ first hometown pledge.
Hardy, a 6-foot-2, 175-pound wide receiver, announced his commitment to North Broad Thursday on both X and Instagram.
Hardy, who also picked up offers from Morgan State, Towson and Army, caught 13 passes for 205 yards and one touchdown as a junior last fall. He comes from a state and national powerhouse program that has won eight Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) state championships, including consecutive titles in 2022 and 2023. Along with redshirt-sophomore tight end Reese Clark and Shane Toolan, an incoming freshman who will join the program as a preferred walk-on.
Temple wide receivers coach Tyron Carrier dropped this hint about Hardy's verbal commitment back on June 22, almost three weeks before Hardy announced his decision Thursday.
