South Sumter ATH was a hit

Before this spring very few recruiting fans have heard of Webster (Fla.) South Sumter’s Earl Everett. That wasn’t the case for college scouts. Coaches from all across the country have heard of him talent, and they went out of their way to see for themselves.
“I wasn’t excepting this at all,” Everett said. “I though that I might get the attention of some teams close by like Central Florida and South Florida. My coach said this year there has been more coaches visit the school than other year.”

Scouts liked what they saw from the 6-foot-3 and 210 pound athlete. He has offers from Miami, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Tennessee, South Florida, Louisiana State, Auburn, Nebraska, and Georgia.
“Miami is my favorite,” Everett said. “When I was younger, I lived in Miami. They are recruiting me as an athlete. They want me as either a running back or outside linebacker. Florida and Florida State are recruiting me as an outside linebacker only.”
Everett told FlaRecruiting.com that even though Miami is currently his favorite, he’ll keep the door open. He also mentioned that Florida and Georgia were intriguing because of their atmosphere.
This Summer Everett plans on attending summer camps at Florida and South Florida.
