Last season, 2021 Rivals100 outside linebacker Derrick Davis made it to Penn State’s White Out game and he did the same this year. The Monroeville (Pa.) Gateway star has become very familiar with the Nittany Lions coaching staff and they have picked up some momentum in Davis’ recruitment.
