Robinson all in on Syracuse

Three-star cornerback Gerald Robinson Jr. of Hialeah (Fla.) Champagnat Catholic said he's 100-percent committed to Syracuse and will take his official visit there sometime during midseason.
Robinson also plans on taking official visits to UCF, Cincinnati and Utah.

Robinson committed to Syracuse in April during his first visit to the school.
"They coaching staff said they wanted me to play for them and it's a great education," the 5-foot-11, 175-pound Robinson said. "They want me to play multiple positions on defense and they want me to come in and play early."
Robinson said he toured the football stadium and basketball arena during his visit and met with academics officials in addition to meeting with his coaches.
"It was more about football," he said.
Robinson said that he'll likely be homesick at first, but that he'll get used to it and is looking forward to representing the Sunshine State up north.
"I like it that players down here play up there so I think I can get it on there too."
Robinson finished last season with three interceptions, a fumble recovery and 20 tackles.
