Rivals250 DE Jaylen Harvey names top 3, nearing a commitment
Rivals250 defensive end Jaylen Harvey‘s recruitment is nearing its end and now he has an official list of finalists. Penn State, USC, and Maryland are the last contenders for the North Potomac (Md.) Quince Orchard star.
With the decision expected in the coming weeks, Harvey broke down where each of his finalists stand heading down the stretch of his recruitment.
