Rivals100: No. 41-60 updates

Scouting report: Cleveland is the most physically impressive player in the 2016 class, regardless of position. The 6-foot-6, 327-pound Cleveland is still learning the nuances of playing offensive line, but should have a bright future as a road grader on the interior.
Latest: Cleveland is committed to Georgia.
Leaders: Committed to Georgia

S
Deontay Anderson
Manvel, Texas
Scouting report: At 6-0, 188 pounds, Anderson is a big safety with tremendous range. He has a big frame and his long arms allow him to make a play on the ball even if an opponent has a step on him.
Latest: Anderson does not have any visits scheduled, but he has taken trips to Texas A&M, TCU, and LSU. He also plans to attend the Rivals Camp Series: Dallas in March.
Leaders: Anderson lists a top 10 of Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M, and USC.
Way-too-early prediction: Texas
44
TE
Jake Hausmann
Cincinnati (Ohio) Moeller
Scouting report: The 6-foot-4, 228-pound Hausmann can play in-line, as an H-back or split out. What makes him such a highly ranked tight end besides that versatility, though, is how effective he is as a receiver.
Latest: Hausmann pulled in more than 20 offers before making the decision to commit to his home state Buckeyes in January.
Leaders: Committed to Ohio State
45
DB
Brandon Burton
Gardena (Calif.) Serra
Scouting report: Burton is fantastic on both sides of the ball. After reports that he was slightly better at safety, the four-star has proven over time that he's also excellent at wide receiver. He's a great route runner, smooth in and out of his breaks, and has fantastic hands. At safety, Burton is physical and has shown great instincts to pick passes off or, at the least, tip balls away.
Latest: Burton earned his invitation to the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge Presented by Under Armour at the Rivals Camp Series: Las Vegas. He also looked good at the Las Vegas Pylon 7v7 a few weeks back.
Leaders: Burton recently took an unofficial visit to UCLA that moved the Bruins way up, apparently. USC still is strong in his recruitment and he plans to visit Florida State, Arizona State, Oklahoma and Ohio State this offseason.
Way-too-early prediction: USC
46
DT
Julian Rochester
Powder Springs (Ga.) McEachern
Scouting report: Rochester is a massive body (6-foot-5, 310 pounds) who projects as a defensive tackle, but plays mostly end for his high school team. He has a terrific build and great strength; once he learns to play with better leverage inside, he will be a star.
Latest: Rochester recently visited Georgia and declared the Dawgs his leader following the visit.
Leaders: Georgia, Auburn and Clemson are Rochester's top three schools.
Way-too-early prediction: Georgia
47
ATH
Shyheim Carter
Kentwood, La.
Scouting report: Carter is a versatile threat with the ability to play a few positions on the college level. His ability to change direction at the drop of a hat, his vision, and his size (5-foot-10, 181 pounds) make him a tough matchup.
Latest: Carter committed early to Alabama, but LSU remains hot on his trail. He has recently visited both Alabama and LSU.
Leaders: Committed to Alabama
48
LB
Lokeni Toailoa
Rialto (Calif.) Wilmer Carter
Scouting report: Toailoa's game translates best during the season with pads on when he can go downhill to make big hits and record a lot of tackles. The four-star linebacker tracked down a bunch of running backs at the Las Vegas Pylon 7v7 and did a nice job in pass coverage, but if he cannot be overly physical then he's not playing at full potential. Toailoa is a tough, mean linebacker who likes to tackle and hit hard, so the offseason is a little difficult for him at times.
Latest: Toailoa recently narrowed his list to seven schools and plans to announce his college choice on Monday, March 23. He is expected to attend the Rivals Camp Series: Los Angeles on May 10.
Leaders: Notre Dame is recruiting the four-star linebacker the hardest. The Irish are in Toailoa's top seven along with Utah, USC, UCLA, Washington, Oregon and Oklahoma.
Way-too-early prediction: UCLA
49
DE
Chauncey Manac
Homerville (Ga.) Clinch County
Scouting report: Manac is a versatile athlete who does a little bit of everything for his high school team. He fits the mold perfectly for Georgia, where he could be used in a variety of different ways in the Bulldogs' scheme.
Latest: Manac is committed to Georgia.
Leaders: Committed to Georgia

DB
Ahmir Mitchell
Egg Harbor City (N.J.) Cedar Creek
Scouting report: His athleticism, explosiveness, strength and top-flight speed make Mitchell one of the top wide receivers in the country. His ability to outrun smaller cornerbacks and use his size and length to shield them from the ball make it difficult for smaller cornerbacks to cover him. Meanwhile, bigger cornerbacks can't stay with the 6-2, 197-pound Mitchell because of his impressive speed and ability to create separation out of his cuts.
Latest: Mitchell has yet to take very many visits, but he will need to do so before he can make major strides in his recruitment. He has a top six, but has only visited one of those schools -- Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights are currently his leader, but Ohio State has been in very good position and many think he will end up there.
Leaders: Rutgers, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Virginia Tech, Ole Miss, Michigan
Way-too-early prediction: Ohio State
51
LB
Erick Fowler
Manor, Texas
Scouting report: Fowler is one of the more explosive players around. His speed allows him to get instant penetration and he drives through the tackle with power.
Latest: Fowler recently visited Texas and he has plans to visit LSU, TCU, and Nebraska. He has picked up recent offers from LSU and Alabama and he plans to attend the Rivals Speed & Skill Challenge in Houston.
Leaders: Fowler does not have a current leader. He does admit he grew up a fan of LSU.
Way-too-early prediction: Baylor
52
DT
Antwuan Jackson
Ellenwood (Ga.) Cedar Grove
Scouting report: At 6-foot-2 and 275 pounds, Jackson is a versatile defensive lineman who could play inside or outside at the next level depending on speed. He's fast off the ball and has an excellent array of pass-rushing moves for a player his age.
Latest: Jackson recently visited Alabama and Auburn and continues to have an affinity for Pac-12 programs like Oregon and UCLA.
Leaders: Auburn, Georgia, Clemson, South Carolina.
Way-too-early prediction: Auburn
53
RB
Miles Sanders
Pittsburgh (Pa.) Woodland Hills
Scouting report: Many people think Sanders is the most explosive running back in the country. He can score from anywhere on the field, whether on a running play or a passing play. He has excellent vision and when he finds his hole, he can explode out of his cut and be gone before defenders know it. Sanders may be a bit slender at 5-11, 192 pounds, but he is very tough and can be an every-down back.
Latest: From the start, there was very little doubt that Sanders would end up anywhere other than Penn State. Since committing, he has taken it upon himself to recruit other 2016 prospects for the Nittany Lions, and he is doing a very good job. He is helping Penn State secure its foothold in Western Pennsylvania.
Leaders: Committed to Penn State
54
RB
Tavien Feaster
Spartanburg, S.C.
Scouting report: Feaster is a bruising every-down back with great feet and excellent speed. He has battled injuries, but when he's healthy, he is an elite talent.
Latest: Feaster is committed to Clemson.
Leaders: Committed to Clemson
55
DT
Ed Oliver
Houston (Texas) Westfield
Scouting report: At 6-2, 260 pounds, Oliver could use a little more size, but he is strong, quick, and explosive. He also has a nonstop motor and he plays with great technique.
Latest: Oliver recently took a trip to Houston, but has been focused on the offseason lately.
Leaders: He is keeping his options open, but LSU, Texas A&M, Baylor, TCU, Houston, and Texas have all been listed among his standout schools.
Way-too-early prediction: LSU
56
OT
E.J. Price
Lawrenceville (Ga.) Archer
Scouting report: Price is a massive offensive tackle who turns heads with his raw athletic ability. He's still learning how to use his 6-foot-6, 300-plus pound frame to his advantage and his best days are surely ahead of him.
Latest: Price has been busy on the visit circuit, with recent trips to Clemson, Georgia and Auburn.
Leaders: Clemson, Georgia, Auburn.
Way-too-early prediction: Auburn
57
ATH
DeMario McCall
North Ridgeville, Ohio
Scouting report: An explosive offensive weapon with the football in his hands, the 5-foot-11, 180-pound McCall may have even more upside as a cornerback in college. His athletic prowess is extensive and he has outstanding speed and ball skills as well.
Latest: McCall has kept a low profile throughout his recruitment, but is expected to visit a few schools this spring, including West Virginia. Ohio State and Oregon are his top two, though the Ducks have yet to offer.
Leaders: Ohio State and Oregon.
Way-too-early prediction: Ohio State
58
OT
Willie Allen
River Ridge (La.) John Curtis
Scouting report: Allen stands 6-7 and weighs 300 pounds. He has unusual foot quickness and is one of the toughest guys you'll find in the trenches.
Latest: Allen has already attended Junior Days at LSU and Ole Miss, and he would like to visit Georgia, Alabama, UCLA, Florida State, Miami, and Arkansas.
Leaders: Allen does not claim any leaders.
Way-too-early prediction: LSU
59
DE
Josh King
Darien (Ill.) Hinsdale South
Scouting report: The 6-foot-6, 230-pound King has the build of a small forward, but actually is a state champion wrestler. He brings a unique combination of length and power at the point of attack to the defensive end position, and can also get out, run and track plays down all the way to the sideline.
Latest: King is preparing to make a tour of Big Ten and Midwest schools this spring. He would like to play his college ball closer to home and has no set time frame on when he will make a decision.
Leaders: Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame and Ohio State.
Way-too-early prediction: Notre Dame
60
WR
Dee Anderson
Mesquite (Texas) West Mesquite
Scouting report: At 6-3, 173 pounds, Anderson is a long, lean receiver with quick-twitch muscles. He runs smooth routes and does a great job of adjusting to the ball. Most importantly, he has big, reliable hands.
Latest: Anderson has been a longtime LSU commit, but he did say he plans to take his officials with UCLA, Tennessee, and Oregon as possible destinations. He is also planning to attend RCS: Dallas in March.
Leaders: Committed to LSU
