TEAM WITH TOP COMMITS: Clemson and Ohio State

Two of the top programs in the country are off to great starts with the 2020 cycle. Ohio State is going through a transition with Urban Meyer retiring and Ryan Day taking over, but the Buckeyes still have commitments from five-star offensive tackle Paris Johnson and four-star offensive guard Luke Wypler. That is a pair the Buckeyes will look to build around.

With Clemson, offensive line is a big need in 2020 and the Tigers already have a trio committed. They love to recruit the state of Georgia, and newly minted four-star tackle John Williams and Rivas250 guard Paul Tchio both play in the Peach State. The other commit, Walker Parks is out of Kentucky, and he is a prospect who is ranked as a guard but could also project as a tackle.

TEAM TO WATCH: Georgia

It is getting to be where it is very safe to bet on Sam Pittman and the Georgia Bulldogs signing an elite group of offensive linemen each cycle. In 2020, the Bulldogs already have Rivals100 tackle Broderick Jones committed. Who could join him? Lets start in state with Tate Ratledge, a top-50 prospect who is looking at Alabama, Florida and Tennessee along with Georgia. This one could turn into another Alabama vs. Georgia battle. When looking outside the state, five-star guard Justin Rogers and four-star guard Sedrick Van Pran are two to follow. Georgia has been viewed as the front-runner for a few months with Rogers. Ohio State is up there, too. The Bulldogs offered Van Pran early, so they got ahead of a lot of program in June. All signs point to Georgia, again, putting together another strong offensive line unit.

PROSPECT TO WATCH: Myles Hinton

The five-star offensive tackle Myles Hinton doesn't like the spotlight and does not seek attention. We saw his brother, Christopher Hinton, commit to Michigan just before his junior year. Could the younger Hinton follow the same path? We know Michigan and Stanford are the programs he is highest on. He is very close to his brother, so that could help the Wolverines. The visits to Stanford have really stood out to him, though, so it's far from a slam-dunk that the two Hinton’s end up at the same program. What can be said is, Hinton is not a fan of all that comes with being a premiere recruit, so that could play in the timing of his decision.
