The Rivals Camp Series Presented by Under Armour is
a new series of regional camps for elite athletes.
The third camp in the series will be held March 16 at Westfield High School in
Houston, Texas.
Among the top players committed to the Houston camp are Rivals250 TE Jacory Washington from Westlake (La.), who has committed to LSU; S Arrion Springs from San Antonio (Texas) Roosevelt, who has offers from Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Baylor and Vanderbilt; Rivals250 RB Samaje Perine from Pfugeville (Texas) Hendrickson, who has four offers; WR Chris Platt from Willis (Texas), who has committed to Baylor; Rivals250 DE Davon Godchaux; athlete Roderick Bernard from Houston Sharpstown, who has committed to Texas; WR Mattrell McGraw, who has nine offers; all-purpose back Sione Palelei; dual-threat QB Jordan Davis and dual-threat QB Darrell Colbert from Houston Lamar, who has committed to SMU.
Rivals.com has long been the dominant source of recruiting
information and coverage, so it's only logical that Rivals would team with
market-leader Under Armour to provide the best camp experience for high school
football players.
The Rivals Camp Series is free. All players can be nominated to attend.
Top performers at the 15 regional camps could qualify for a spot in the
Rivals100 Five Star Challenge and top underclassmen could qualify for a spot in
the Rivals250 Underclassmen Challenge, both annual events and considered the
elite events in the football recruiting world.
