Despite being committed to UCLA since the fall, Michael Pittman has not hidden the fact that he's looking around and interacting with other coaching staffs, specifically a couple in the Pac-12.

Oregon and USC are two schools the four-star wide receiver from Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian has been in touch with the most during the spring evaluation period. In fact, the conversations are so developed that Pittman has plans to see the programs up close soon.
"I'm actually going to be taking a visit up to Oregon on June 20 and I also might be going out to USC soon," Pittman said. "I probably won't camp with them USC and I've already been to a few games at the Coliseum, but I'll still probably go on an official visit there I think.
"With Oregon, it's been the place to be since I was in Pop Warner. Everyone talks about it having the nicest everything, so I can't wait to get up there and see everything for myself. Coach (Matt) Lubick has been talking to mostly, but I hear from all their coaches. I hear from their defensive backs coach, their linebackers coach and their receivers coach. Really, I'm just going to try to get a feel for everything when I get up there."
The Trojans have been steadfast in their pursuit led by assistant coach Marques Tuiasosopo, who has had success recruiting the northern part of Los Angeles County the last few years.
With other schools still in the picture, the 6-foot-4, 205-pound prospect said the Bruins have been just as aggressive as before.
"The UCLA coaches have been recruiting me pretty hard, but they know I'm going to take my visits and they're fine with it," Pittman said. "For me, it's all about the education, the coaches and just a good atmosphere. I want to find something that works for me. Right now I'm at UCLA. I also know I want to take official visits to USC and Oregon, but that could change. I could throw in some or take some out. We'll see what happens."
Pittman had 47 receptions for 914 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior last season while also shining at safety.
