"I've got offers from Wake Forest, Boston College, Maryland and Stanford," he said. "My latest offer is Duke, they just offered me on Thursday."
What does Olaniyan think of his latest offer?
"I love Duke. They are definitely a school that will be high on the list when I make a decision. I love the school and I feel like I have a great relationship with all of the coaches. I am really excited."
Meanwhile, the junior athlete has other schools looking hard.
"Rutgers has been to the school and so has Virginia Tech and Virginia to find out more about me. I saw them stop by the other day.
"I'm pretty sure North Carolina is on the verge of offering too."
As for visits, Olaniyan is looking at two schools in the near future.
"I'm looking at a junior day to Notre Dame on January 24th and then hopefully to Florida's junior day. I think I should be going to a couple others."
Olaniyan wrapped up an 8-1 season in which he posted 60 tackles, 13 sacks, one interception and two hurries on his way to first team all-state, all-conference and all-Central Virginia honors.
"I had a good year, but I want to get bigger, faster and stronger in hopes of being an All-American," he said. "That's definitely my ultimate goal."
The Commonwealth prospect maintains there are no favorites at this time, but did mention he would like to decide relatively early.
"I'm planning to take a lot of visits the next three months," he said. "I hope to have a decision sooner than later so that I can focus and have the best season I can."
In the meantime, Olaniyan is keeping busy running track where he is all-conference and all-state as well.
