Oklahoma adds high-ceiling Rivals250 pass rusher Danny Okoye

Oklahoma has just added yet another high-level defender to its 2024 recruiting class that currently sits atop the Big 12 conference rankings for Rivals.com.

Four-star weakside defensive end Daniel Okoye announced his commitment to the Sooners on Wednesday night, as he chose the home state school over pushes from Alabama, Tennessee and Texas.

Okoye joins a Sooners class that is headlined by five-star defensive tackle David Stone and Rivals100 defensive end Nigel Smith. Rivals breaks down the newest addition for the Sooners and what it means for Brent Venables.
