Hamilton, Ohio, two-star offensive guard Phillip Manley already has several offers on the table, but he's hoping to hear from some bigger schools on Sept. 1. That's when college coaches can call prospects again for the first time and Manley has a few schools in mind he'd like to hear from.

"I'd like to hear from Louisville and Virginia Tech a lot more," Manley said.
"I've been keeping up on email with Eastern Michigan and Miami. I have offers from Miami, Western Michigan and Eastern Kentucky. I'm still pretty open, but I'd say my top teams are Louisville and Purdue."
Manley said he's not in any kind of rush to make a decision.
"It will probably be later in the season," he said. "I'd like to take some official visits first. I'll probably take all five. I want to take one to Louisville and Purdue. I'll probably take one to Virginia Tech, too."
But if he had to make a pick today, he'd go with one of the teams that has offered him a scholarship.
"If I had to choose out of the teams that have offered I'd probably say Miami," he said.
