But the Cards aren't the only team that are showing good interest in the 6-foot-4, 310-pounder. He's already got offers from Miami of Ohio, Western Michigan and Eastern Kentucky.
"But I'm also getting good interest from Louisville, Virginia Tech, Maryland and Purdue," Manley, an all-area pick in 2006, said.
Manley said he's trying to stay somewhat closer to home, but he doesn't want to limit his options quite yet.
"Location isn't really a key as long as it is within around 8 hours from home," he said
"Right now, I'm kind of open. It's still early. But I do really like Louisville, Maryland and Virginia Tech. I'm hearing the most from Louisville, Virginia Tech, Maryland and Purdue. I'm thinking that I'll probably commit around mid-season or late in the season."
Manley said Hamilton has worked hard this off season and he's excited about what's coming back for the 2007 season.
"We look great," he said.
"We have a chance to win state. We've got a lot of good players on the team. I'm trying to get all-state and make sure our running back has more than 1,000 yards rushing."
